By accessing or using TickerMind ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

TickerMind provides AI-powered stock market analysis and information services. The App offers market data, AI-generated analysis, and educational content related to stock investments.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the App, you may be required to use a device ID for identification. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device
• All activities that occur under your device ID
• Notifying us of any unauthorized use

5. Subscription and Payments

Some features of TickerMind require a paid subscription. By subscribing:

• You agree to pay all applicable fees
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy and app store policies
• Prices are subject to change with notice

While we strive to provide accurate information, all market data is provided by third-party sources and may be delayed by at least 15 minutes. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TICKERMIND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Any investment decisions made based on information from the App
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Any other matter relating to the service

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by TickerMind and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute any content from the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App:

• In any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• To transmit any harmful or malicious code
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate TickerMind or any other person
• To engage in any automated use of the system
• To interfere with or disrupt the App or servers

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
